All components are available for 11 years from Bob's date of purchase. If you have a problem with a component, all the information you need to know about repairing your Bob is available online on our after-sales site and/or by contacting customer service.


If you need to transport or ship your Bob for repair, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Drain your Bob with the drain cycle (Settings menu > Drain ) and/or unplug the Bob and tip it over a sink to empty the remaining water in the tub.
  2. Clean the filters with clear water and the inside of the tub with a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Seal the drain outlet and water inlet on the back of Bob with kitchen roll.
  4. Warning: do not wrap Bob in plastic to prevent moisture from damaging the electronics.
  5. Place Bob in its original box with the protective covers provided.
  6. Securely tape the top and bottom cardboard flaps.
