All components are available for 11 years from Bob's date of purchase. If you have a problem with a component, all the information you need to know about repairing your Bob is available online on our after-sales site and/or by contacting customer service.
IMPORTANT :
If you need to transport or ship your Bob for repair, please follow the procedure below:
- Drain your Bob with the drain cycle (Settings menu > Drain ) and/or unplug the Bob and tip it over a sink to empty the remaining water in the tub.
- Clean the filters with clear water and the inside of the tub with a non-abrasive sponge.
- Seal the drain outlet and water inlet on the back of Bob with kitchen roll.
- Warning: do not wrap Bob in plastic to prevent moisture from damaging the electronics.
- Place Bob in its original box with the protective covers provided.
- Securely tape the top and bottom cardboard flaps.
