All Bobs have 2 unique numbers
- A serial number linked to the year and week of manufacture. Format XXXXXX-XXXXXXX.
- A software identifier that links Bob to your Daan Tech account. You can find this software identifier (or MAC address) in the Settings menu > General > BobOS. Format 00:00:00:00:00:00.
Create my Daan Tech account :
- If you have purchased Bob on our website, your customer account has already been created.
- If you have purchased a Bob from one of our partners, you can create a free Daan Tech account and manually add your Bob to your account.
- Visit our website
- Select your country using the flag.
- Click on the icon: My account in the main menu.
- Fill in your personal information.
- Click on: Save.
You will now have access to your account.
- Click on: Register my Bob.
- Fill in your personal information.
- Write down the serial number on the label on the back of your Bob.
- Save your Bob's colour.
- Confirm your information.
