Wi-Fi connection

Part 1 of 2

All devices : Computer, Tablet, Phone (IOS, Android)

Select settings from Bob's interface.

Select the Wi-Fi menu.

  Click on Add a Wi-Fi network.

Select the Other Devices icon.

  • On your smartphone or computer, go to the Wi-Fi settings. 
  • Select the Wi-Fi network: BOB_XXXX
  • Then enter the password suggested by Bob. 
  • On Bob, click on for the next step.

Two possibilities : 

  • Either a page opens automatically.
  • Or enter 10.10.0.1 in the address bar of your web browser (Google, Safari, ...), also known as the URL.

Select your internet box from the drop-down menu.

Confirm the connection with the password assigned to it (the password can be found on the back of your Internet box).

  • Click on: Login.
  • On Bob, click on for the next step.

As soon as Bob displays this screen, you can close the page on your phone or computer.

Warning

Use a private, password-protected Wi-Fi network. Your phone's connection sharing (3G, 4G, 5G) cannot serve as a connection.

Only on Android: Easyconnect

Select the settings from Bob's interface.

Select the Wi-Fi menu

  Click on add a Wi-Fi network 

Select the Android Smartphone icon :

  • On your smartphone, go to the Wi-Fi settings. 
  • Select the Wi-Fi network to which Bob will be connected. 
  • Select "add a device". 
  • Scan the QR Code displayed on Bob.
