Regular, rigorous maintenance will keep your Bob running for many years.
To access the heating disk, remove the filter set.
Then remove the heating disk protector and clean it.
Clean the heating disk with a non-abrasive sponge to avoid scratching the non-stick coating.
Put back the protective cover.
Put back the filtration system.
