For impeccable dishes, maintenance is essential. Be sure to clean Bob every 3 months or 90 cycles with the rock'n'roll cassette.

The cycle lasts 60 minutes, cleans thoroughly and removes limescale :

Pumps, wash arms, hoses, basket... the entire contents of the cassette are delivered during the maintenance cycle.
Each rock'n'roll cassette is single-use (all contents are used during the rock'n'roll cycle).
Remove all the dishes inside Bob.
Clean the filters then put them back.
Insert the rock'nroll cassette into your Bob. Start the maintenance cycle from the settings menu.
